Each year at the Spring Conference, KS APCO recognizes our top telecommunicator in Kansas.
As one of his last duties as 2009 Chapter President, James Reed corrected an oversight
from 2006 by awarding Kenny Easterly with his Chapter Life Membership for serving not
only as Chapter President but in other capacities on the Board as well.
