Kansas Chapter Conferences
Each year, the Kansas Chapter sponsors two conferences; one in the spring and the other in the fall. The
Conferences are an excellent opportunity to receive training, network with colleagues, and take an active role in the
State Chapter of APCO.

TRAINING...Enhance your knowledge as a Public Safety
Telecommunicator from the valuable training presented by leaders
from across the state. Participate in the General Sessions, then
choose from a variety of breakout workshops that are specialized
towards various telecommunicator functions and responsibilities.
NETWORKING...meet colleagues from across Kansas and share
information and ideas, relate experiences, and learn how other
agency operations might be beneficial in your department.
DISCOVER...the latest trends in Public Safety Communications
that will impact your agency. Stay abreast of pending legislation,
standards, and mandates that may affect your operations and funding needs.
EXPERIENCE...an opportunity to learn, socialize, and work together to deliver the best emergency
communications services to your citizens.
VALUE...you can receive more training for your dollar at a Kansas Chapter Conference!
