"pre-registration discount".
Direct Billing...direct billing is discouraged, but if needed, a copy of a voucher or
purchase order must be sent in advance. Vouchers/P.O.'s can be mailed or faxed to
the address/numbers listed above. If payment is not received within 30 days after the
conference date, a 10% service fee will be applied.
