As soon as practical after taking office, the President shall call a meeting of the Executive
committees.  If necessary, he/she shall also chair a discussion on any proposed resolutions to be
presented to the APCO Annual Conference Quorum.
The President serves as Ex-Officio member of all committees of this Chapter and preside at all
Chapter Conferences.

It shall be the President's duty to see that the conduct of all Chapter affairs is in keeping with the
purpose of this Chapter as outlined in the Constitution Article I, Section 1.3.

The President shall;
  • chair a discussion on any proposed resolution to be presented to the APCO Annual
    Conference Quorum.
  • serve as Ex-officio member of all committees.
  • preside at all Chapter Conferences.
  • see that the conduct of all Chapter affairs are in keeping with the Constitution.
  • appoint two members of the Chapter to do a yearly audit on the Chapter's financial books.
  • be allowed to attend conferences without paying for registration, his/her spouse's conference
    provided meals will be taken care of by the association.
  • be provided with a compensated room at the conference, if one is available (See III under
    Chapter responsibility).
  • be offered any financial assistance to attend the annual conference, according to Article VII.,
    Section 8.2 - 8.4.
