2012 Spring Conference - April 1, 2, 3 Hutchinson
Dear Kansas APCO Vendors:
We are pleased to announce the Kansas Spring Conference of the Association of Public-Safety
Communications Officials (APCO) will be held on April 1 -3, 2012. The conference will be held at the
Ramada Convention Center in Hutchison, Ks (formerly The Grand Prairie Hotel).
The spring conference host will be the Hutchinson/Reno County Emergency Communication's Center.
The spring conference is our annual award for the Telecommunicator of the Year. We also have a
renowned motivational speaker, Dr. Kimberly Alyn. She will be speaking at the APCO opening session.

Below is a copy of the Vendor Letter giving you more information about the conference and also a copy of
the vendor contract.
We hope everyone will be able to attend or at least sponsor an event. Please return the sign contract and
payment to Secretary Donnette Ellegood. You may also go on line in about a week to sign up and register.
